How tuition works
Tuition follows the level a dancer is placed in and the number of classes that level asks for each week. More hours at a higher level mean a higher monthly figure, and a Conservatory week costs more to run than a Preparatory one. Our figures are on the enrollment page, and we go through them with you at the placement visit.

Registration
Registration opens a dancer's file and covers the studio's insurance and your family's account on our enrollment page. It is due when you accept a place, and it renews each summer.

Billing
Tuition is billed monthly, and autopay is optional. Costumes and event entries are billed on their own dates, which we set out in writing before the season starts.

Siblings
A second dancer from your family is handled differently from a first. Ask at the placement visit and we will go through how it works for two.
Missed classes and make-ups
A missed technique class can be made up in another class of the same style at the same level, within the session. Rehearsals cannot be made up, so please tell us early.
A pre-professional season has costs beyond tuition, and a parent comparing studios should see them next to it. Costumes are ordered in winter and billed before the spring performance. Each regional event has an entry cost, and families pay for their own travel and rooms. The master class weekend has its own registration. Shoes and the dress code are bought separately. Before you register, we name every one of these in writing, with what it is for.

Withdrawing
We ask for a month's notice before a dancer leaves. A costume that has already been ordered stays with the family, and we settle a season in progress with you when you ask.
